Steve Wermuth

Steve’s commitment to health care in Ohio is evident in both his schooling and professional career. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Cincinnati in Community Health Education and his Master’s Degree from Kent State University in Public Administration with an emphasis in Health Administration. His nearly 30 years of experience in Ohio health care includes serving as health commissioner in Tuscarawas County and Clark County, managing public health primary care clinics, a home health agency and dental clinics, and being the Chief Operating Officer at the Ohio Department of Health where he oversaw 120 programs and managed the government affairs staff. Steve is now a partner in Strategic Health Care and works with OASN.
